Speyroc have carried out a variety of residential developments. These include refurbishment and conversion of listed buildings to form flats. Many such conversions have been carried out in the Kelvingrove Park area of Glasgow.

In the course of this work Speyroc have received letters of commendation from the planning department for their treatment of the stone facades.

Other developments include the conversion of school buildings and new build housing.
