This building was purpose built to provide laboratory space on the ground floor with support office on the mezzanine.

    Through a careful arrangement of the site access and diverted infrastructure, Speyroc ensured adequate space for plant at the rear of the building thereby delivering efficient use of the space for technology companies. 

  • Tech Terrace exterior - Speyroc

    It has also ensured maximum flexibility in accommodating a range of technology companies. Much of this building has been fitted out to provide GMP compliant laboratory space.
