Falcon Court, Huntingdon

Speyroc have ventured down south to Huntingdon to be involved in an exciting project of 345 houses and flats being built. Cambridge County Council issued detailed planning consent for 345 units at Falcon Court.

The eight-acre site had an existing planning consent for a supermarket, however, after the development was purchased from Sainsbury, it will now undergo demolition of existing buildings before a sitewide remediation contract.

Demolition of existing sheds is currently being carried out followed by remediation and an archaeological investigation.
