On 19th December Speyroc Ltd completed the purchase of the head lease on Kelvin Campus this brings the total number of buildings under their management across West of Scotland Science Park to 11. There are now over 50 technology companies within their portfolio covering a wide range of sectors.
Kelvin Campus is one of two campuses which make up the West of Scotland Science park. The Science Park is a partnership between Scottish Enterprise and the Universities of Glasgow and Strathclyde.
