Speyroc undertakes a range of projects from new build to fit outs. Our approach is informed through a wide experience of different sectors but typified by an interest in the detail from start to finish. The wide client base we work with is spread between private and public sectors and has included healthcare trusts, councils and banks.

As construction contractors, Speyroc’s experience has ranged from refurbishment work at the Tower of London to new build houses on the Outer Hebrides.
Whilst the geography has never been a barrier, equally the project diversity has extended from environmental buildings in Science Parks to the refurbishment of listed buildings at the British Museum.
