The Torus Building

This building was developed as speculative offices at Scottish Enterprise Technology Park in East Kilbride.

    The Park has existing start up space and the aim was to develop a building that provided high levels of flexibility in accommodating office requirements of 1500 sq ft to 24000 sq ft. whilst also following established principles of environmental design.

  • Torus Building Interior - Speyroc

    The offices are built around a central atrium which delivers cross ventilation and high levels of natural daylighting.

  • Torus building East Kilbride - Speyroc

    The building achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘very good’ at a time when environmental standards were not a mainstream requirement.
